Prepare transfer fee collection transaction

/api/solana/tokens/:tokenMintAddress/fee/collect

Prepares a blockchain transaction to withdraw accumulated transfer fees from specified Token-2022 token accounts. This endpoint is only applicable to tokens created with the Token-2022 program that have transfer fees enabled. The fee collection is executed asynchronously on the blockchain. The response contains a serialized transaction that the client must sign and submit to the Solana network. Use the transaction verification endpoint to confirm successful completion.
